Order Margins is operated by MNC Applications. Order Margins is a Shopify app that helps merchants estimate order-level fulfilment profit using Shopify order data and merchant-configured warehouse, shipping, and product cost settings.

When a merchant installs Order Margins, the app uses Shopify access scopes approved by the merchant. Depending on the merchant's setup, the app may read Shopify data such as orders, line items, fulfilment status, fulfilment locations, shipping amounts, return or refund status, products, variants, inventory item cost, shop currency, and locations.

We use this information to calculate and display revenue, product costs, shipping recovery, warehouse costs, returns, and estimated profit by order.

Order Margins stores app data needed to provide the service, including Shopify session records, warehouse cost sheets, fee settings, shipping rate settings, product cost overrides, product cost mode settings, and manual return overrides created by the merchant.

The app does not store customer profiles for marketing purposes. Order data is primarily read from Shopify when the merchant opens reports or order breakdowns.

We use information only to operate and improve Order Margins:

• to authenticate merchants through Shopify;
• to calculate order-level fulfilment profit;
• to save merchant-configured cost settings;
• to display dashboards, order breakdowns, and cost sheets;
• to troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the app.

We do not sell merchant or customer data. We use service providers to host and operate the app, including Shopify, Fly.io, and the database infrastructure used by the app. These providers process data only as needed to run the service.

We retain app configuration data while the app is installed and for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

When Shopify sends an app uninstall or privacy webhook, Order Margins acknowledges the request and removes or stops using shop-scoped app data according to Shopify's requirements. Merchants can also contact us to request deletion of stored app data.

Order Margins uses HTTPS for data in transit and stores app data in access-controlled infrastructure. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we use reasonable safeguards to protect the data processed by the app.

Merchants can uninstall Order Margins from Shopify admin at any time. Merchants can also request access, correction, or deletion of app data by contacting us.
